It is hard for me to believe that the first quarter is over!
As I look back at where we were at the beginning of the year to now, I am pleased and proud. This group of students has come so far in nine short weeks! They came in as second graders and are now TERRIFIC THIRD graders. We have learned so much....not only about academics, but also about working in a group, doing our best work, and working to our potential!
I would like to thank every child in the class for giving their all every single time they walk through our classroom doors. I would also like to thank every one of their parents, your daily support of your children is appreciated more than words can express. Our class is a success because of all you do at home and in the classroom!
Have a wonderful week. Enjoy this time with your precious children (I know I will!).
I will see you in a week.
When we return we will begin studying government!
Feel free to post this week if you would like and I will respond to you.
Oh yeah, my hands look like I am turning into a Smurf from rinsing out the Tie Dye shirts! Parents...you might need to explain what a Smurf is!!!!!

Hey Mrs. Sheber - I'm in South Carolian today. It's cool here. I'm staying with my friends Ava and Joseph. We went to a cabin for two days. It had everything, 3 stories, a hot tub, balcony, even a pool table and air hockey table. I hope you have a fun break. Bye - Kendall
